Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to one@nswact.uca.org.au
Cancellations up to and including 30 September 2026 will receive a full refund.
For cancellations on or after 1 October 2026 there will be no refund.
Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via a confirmation email. If you do not recieve a confirmation email within 24hours, please contact one@nswact.uca.org.au
Name badge
Each registrant of the Event will receive a name badge upon arrival onsite. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all areas of the Event.
Concession
A concession registration is defined as:
a student holding a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.
a senior (60+) holding a valid Seniors Card
Group Registrations
If you wish to register a group of 10 or more, please contact us for assistance.
Payment Options
We accept both debit and credit Visa and MasterCard as payment via our secure payment portal.
Regional and Rural
If you reside in a regional or rural location, or outside of NSW, please email us at one@nswact.uca.org.au before registering.
